The worst USPS office I have been ever to, after being in the branch for my appointment.. the person there first office to the left telling me it is 12pm you are late nore than 15 mins and it is not yet 11:45 and no customer there to serve and still they made every excuse to not process my family passport applications. I will never come back to here again. Not recommended for people who understand hard working means

I just processed my daughter's passport application. I didn't catch the name of the person who helped me, but they were really great and efficient, so I got quick service and had a super positive experience with your staff.

I had a very frustrating experience at this post office today. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM, and when I arrived, they told me I needed to wait until my appointment time — which was understandable. However, even after 1:30 passed, and eventually 1:50 PM, the teller kept insisting it wasn’t my turn yet.
What made it worse was that other people were being helped while I was still waiting, even though my appointment time had already passed. When I asked about it, the teller continued saying it wasn’t my turn, which made no sense since my appointment time had clearly come and gone.
Appointments are supposed to make things more organized and efficient, but this experience was the exact opposite. It felt like the appointment system wasn’t being respected at all. Very disappointing service and poor communication.
Edit:
It’s very unprofessional for an employee to shift the blame to a mistake that the employee themselves made, especially just to shift the blame. In my situation, the employee made an error and then claiming the mistake happened because I was “impatient,” which is completely unfair.
If a mistake happens, it should be handled internally by the staff. It is the employee’s responsibility to double-check the information and make sure everything is correct before proceeding. Trying to blame the customer for an error that should have been verified on your end is not acceptable.

I have been using this post office for 30 years. I have never had a negative experience. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. They are always willing to answer questions, and give you options when sending a package. The place is busy but the lines move quickly. The parking lot is a little crazy, but manageable. Be nice and your kindness will be reciprocated.
