- YYYYDSNov 9, 20251.0Have the service staff at the post office undergone any training? I took my return item to their post office for return. I printed out my return form, but the staff said it didn't need to be attached to the package. How can I return the item without the QR code of the return form? I'm now worried about my item's whereabouts at their post office and my refund hasn't been credited to my account. They really seem to have no experience at all
- SBStephanie BOct 16, 20251.0Horrible workers. I’ve been to the post office many times before and the employees have always been miserable, but whatever. However, today I went with all my packages and my 3 young kids and Mary was beyond rude. To start like I said I went there with a lot of packages to be mailed out which I know is a pain and probably annoying for the employees but there are no rules that say you can only mail a certain amount of packages. When i first got to the window I told her I have a lot of things and she instantly made a face. I put all the packages in the window and she opens the other side and starts throwing some into a bin and says how she can’t scan them because it’s too many and they’ll be scanned at the next stop. I told her I don’t understand why they can’t be scanned here and all she kept saying was because it’s too many. Mind you there was no line behind me and I was only the only one there. I asked her for them back because I wanted to have a receipt in case anything went wrong with the shipments. She gave me 7 packages back. I then said to her so now I have to go to another post office for 7 packages? And she said yes without a care in the world. So rude and so ridiculous that you would refuse to scan someone’s packages because “there’s too many”. I was there at 9:15 in the morning, the post office opens at 8:30.. how could you be so miserable already Mary? Just pure laziness and a disgrace. Anyway I had the drag my 3 young kids and more packages all the way to another post office all because Mary was too lazy to scan them. You literally push a button on a scanner doesn’t seem that hard to me, maybe find another job if this is not working for you Mary.
- BBBrandonOct 15, 20251.0Mary, is an embarrassment and should be ashamed of her self ! A poor excuse of a worker and should be on unemployment with the lack of skills she offers. Her work ethic is terrible and she wants to do the bare minimum! Her attitude is so bad that the regular shippers that go to this location all know of her and all share there bad experiences with her. This location should really consider looking into the way she treats people. I understand short staffed and annoying amount of customers but still she doesn’t want to work at all.. rolling her eyes is her specialty tho now that she’ll do…
