- SYSam yunFeb 23, 20261.0The old red head lady is SO NASTY. She talks to you like you’re inconveniencing her when it’s her literal job to help you with your mail. Her tone is SO RUDE. She wants to pick a fight with everyone that comes to her window, it’s absolutely disgusting to witness. I waited in line for 15 minutes to get to the window, and when I asked her a question about my mail that stumped her, she told me to go to a different post office because she has a long line of people to service as if I didn’t wait 15 minutes myself??? Don’t know how she got the job. she’s rude and doesn’t even know how to answer standard mailing questions. Next time I’m going to take a picture of her badge and get her full name to file a formal complaint because I’m tired of having a bad experience everytime I go to my local post office. Insane how usps employs this woman who clearly hates working there and wants to make everyone else miserable.

In an age where businesses implement common sense technology, apps, etc to streamline operations, we are stuck with this govt run disaster that’s basically 1 step removed from the Pony Express days. You will NEVER enter this abomination and ever see more than 2 reps behind the glass. Customers be damned. Go there only when you have time to kill.
