I had a very poor experience with the passport service. The employee responsible for accepting passport applications and taking photos took my picture in the wrong size. After a week of waiting for my expedited processing, I received a letter from the State Department stating that the photo was the incorrect size.
When I returned to the post office to show the employee the letter, she denied that it was her mistake. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who came out with a careless attitude and was unhelpful. I insisted on retaking the photo and requested free express mail due to the inconvenience. The supervisor refused my request and only agreed to retake the photo for free as a "courtesy." I found this very unreasonable, as I ended up having to pay for express mail again.
I do not recommend using this office for any services, as the employees are incompetent and exhibit rude and careless attitudes. No wonder they have very low reviews!!
