I brought my mother to this post office to renew her passport, and the experience was beyond frustrating. My mom is in a wheelchair, and it’s extremely difficult to get her down the stairs and into the car, but we made the trip because we were told they accept walk-ins. When we arrived, the woman working there was incredibly rude. Instead of helping us or even acknowledging the effort it took to bring my mother in, she brushed us off instantly and said there was a “limit” for walk-ins — something that was never mentioned on the phone. No empathy, no apology, nothing. On top of that, she told us they don’t accept blue ink on the forms, even though nowhere on the documents or online does it say that. It felt like she was looking for excuses instead of helping us. For a place that serves the public — including disabled individuals — the lack of courtesy, consistency, and basic human decency is unacceptable. If this is how they treat people who go out of their way just to follow the rules, something seriously needs to change. Management needs to address this immediately

Today, I had an appointment for my passport and unfortunately encountered extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the working lady. It is disappointing to see this at a respected institution such as USPS.

Worse than this USPS in New York I didn'tknow!!! Terrible, Terrible, Terrible This is why I go every time on 10306 USPS on Hylan Blvd Last time they told me put your all packages in bin near self service but it's closed, self service doesn't work correctly Gosh guys what's going on with YOU??? Many times I told myself, never go here, and today, unfortunately, there was no time and I had to go here and again and again and again I will only go to Highland Boulevard, because you have the worst service in New York. DONE USPS ZERO STARS

Had a passport appointment slot from 2:45-3pm. We showed up just 7 mins late and waited on the line. By the time we got to the window it was after 3pm (3:02pm) and she turned us away because it was after 3pm and she “closed the passport stuff” whatever that means… She saw us with the newborn and immediately said “NOPE DONT CARE”. She was beyond RUDE. Obviously hates her job and very racist seemed like. I am a local and have witnessed her constantly doing this to customers. Extremely RUDE. All the time. & she’s the one who handles the passports only. We asked for supervisor/manager and she was also very RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. She then proceeded to say she handles the passports not me … Do not come here :)
