- SSSherry6 days ago1.0The rudest people you’ll ever meet on planet earth work here. The Hispanic guy with glasses (I think his name was Jon) had such a nasty and condescending attitude. You’d think I was bothering him by asking to do his job (send a package). I couldn’t wait to fill out the employee survey at the end because he deserves to be fired. One of the nastiest interactions I’ve had with a human in a long time. The only thing that makes me feel better is that someone like that already has a very miserable life to bring that kind of attitude to work.

I’m not even confident the second attempt was done correctly. In the past, the experienced staff here handled my kids’ passports smoothly, but that level of service is clearly gone.
