I dont know how the blonde lady with the glasses is still working here with so many complaints made about her. I went in to apply for a passport during walk in hours on a Saturday & got upset because i didnt take photos with me.she was huffing & puffing about how she shouldn't be taking walk ins because she had to on break. She is VERY RUDE & NASTY.

You'll be lucky to even get your mail if this is your local postal office. What happen to federally protected mail?

Went in for a passport application. The woman who helped me make the appointment and the woman who helped me during the appointment were helpful and delightful. They made the process quick and seamless

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the extremely rude behavior and significant lack of professionalism displayed by one of your staff members during our visit for passport services this morning. Unfortunately, we arrived about 10 minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances earlier in the day. Despite our apologies and attempts to explain the delay, the staff member responded with hostility. She dismissed our explanation and even interrupted us by saying, "It doesn’t matter a newborn baby," preventing us from explaining further. She insisted that our appointment could not be honored due to our lateness, which we understood. However, when we asked if we could proceed with the passport application instead of prolonging the conversation, the staff member became visibly angry and said, "You are not paying me, you don’t tell me what I need to do." Despite our calm demeanor and further inquiries about walk-in appointments, she continued to be dismissive and simply said, "No." The supervisor intervened and tried to understand the situation, but the staff member continued to speak loudly in the background, asking the supervisor to refuse us, undermining the supervisor's efforts. The supervisor eventually reported the incident to their manager, who promised to call us today. It is worth noting that there were no other appointments scheduled in the following 15 minutes when we walked out. This experience has left us questioning the quality of service provided by your office. The staff member's lack of responsibility, professionalism, and patience was in stark contrast to the mission statement displayed in the office, which claims to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. We look forward to your prompt response.
