- KBKaraoke Buzz4 days ago4.0Normally I usually hardly ever have any issues with the people who work there except for the one who has to ask me what's in the package im sending out. It's incredibly annoying and intrusive, if hes concerned of what's being shipped he can instead ask if there's any liquids or anything flammable to which I can just reply with a simple "no".

The young woman behind the counter was so busy "Snapchatting" on her phone that I was annoying her. She never put her phone down, scrolling through her feed the entire time I was at the counter. I watched her send smiley faces while waiting for me to know what to do next. Then she finally asked "what else you want"?? I simply said I need to pay. I've never been so appalled. This PO has always been a wonderfully customer service oriented location. I guess they have changed staff...Time to find a new facility.
