- KBKate BergFeb 18, 20265.0The customer service I received today from Alex behind the counter meant a lot to me. I’ve been panicked and stressed about sending my mother’s ashes to Switzerland. It was a new experience for us all. The patience, kindness and thoroughness he displayed is the calm I needed. He never got an attitude, no matter how frustrating it was to figure out how to correctly process the package to be sent overseas, as an item that means the world to me, It’s my momma, he was incredibly reassuring that it was going to get done. I avoided the USPS two minutes from my house because I know the person working there stays with an attitude. I just didn’t have it in me to deal with the attitude about something I’m clueless about and feeling anxious. Alex’s kindness and excellent customer service was worth the extra 10 mins out of my way I had to go to get there. His dedication to figuring out how to get this done properly has all my respect and then some. I know that he is just doing his job, but he did it well. As an executive assistant, I’ve met many usps clerks for my job, this experience topped them all. Alex deserves recognition.

It was really fustrating because she kept telling me to tell her that I had a reservation when she turned me down twice.
