    This store sucks every time I go here it has a line literally out the door and blocking other stores how slow are the workers here can UPS catch a clue and open another store

    In the last couple of weeks I have tried to ship packages at this location, only to find a 45 minute wait, outside. The line was all the way down to McDonald’s. They need more extended hours. I left 3 times without shipping my packages and ended up going to the new Dorp location. They need more employees and longer hours

    Had dropped of an item to be shipped for my business. I was told it would be packaged and protected securely. It was completely destroyed by the time the buyer received it. There was NO protection whatsoever included. The employee was very short and disrespectful. He was a young man with blonde hair, and is there often.
