    This place sucks. They open late and they close early. Do you have a favor ship with FedEx. These people don’t care.

    Every time I go to the store to drop off a package the line is out the door and down the sidewalk. I think the line is mostly Amazon returns, but there’s no employees to direct people to the right location. I print my own labels and prepare my packages at home, so I only have to drop off the box and leave. I shouldn’t have to wait on a line with people that have no box, no label, and need additional assistance. To improve the experience, an employee should be directing people on the line where to go, depending what they’re there for. If I’m only dropping off a box, they should be directing people where to leave it and quickly provide a receipt. Management needs to organize the operations better so things flow more smoothly.

    Its a busy location so at certain times the line is a bit long, but the staff are courteous and professional and typically get through it pretty fast. Always a positive ex0erience when ever I've come.
