After purchasing it and being treated dismissively the entire time, I was then told they couldn’t ship my item because they are a third-party location. This information should have been communicated before asking me to spend money. The service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and a complete waste of time. Poor communication and rude staff made this a frustrating experience. They returned money for purchased extra envelope and I still don’t understand why it should be in double envelopes. I won’t be returning this shipping place. . This place should train employees to have better customer service!

I came in for simple, standard services, but due to their absolute lack of professionalism and incompetence, I was refused help. Because of their inability to do their job, I had to waste over an hour on the phone with Corporate Support just to sort out the mess they created. It is unacceptable that a simple visit turns into such a headache. Save your time and nerves — go to FedEx Office at 1808 Hylan Blvd or Luke's Copy Shop at 2461 Hylan Blvd instead. Both are nearby and actually know how to treat customers. I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS STAPLES LOCATION!
