- CSChristina SpinelliOct 22, 20251.0I have paid for shipments to be delivered by 10:30 AM and yet My packages are not being delivered By that time… There have been multiple occasions where I have paid over $40 for my package to be delivered by 10:30 the next morning and when I check the tracking, it’s never delivered by that time… I have tried going to this location and speaking to a manager, who is never there. The staff is incompetent Offer no information yet they have my $41.39…. I have filed a formal complaint against dislocation and the manager who does not manage… I have lost clients because of this delay… I highly recommend if you have important Business matters Do not use the service go to UPS or the USPS for Reliable delivery
