She patiently answered all my questions and even helped me distinguish between the passport card and the passport book so that I could make an informed decision. She explained what each fee was for and even explained when I could expect to receive my documents. Terrie was professional, knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond for me today. Thank you so much!!
