Instead of providing me with the adequate mailer, agent just threw it in with outgoing mail because the agent had already put mailage cost on it. When questioned about the whereabouts of the package, the agent became combative after asking for a supervisor. AGENTS SHOULD KNOW how a pkg should be classified, mailed & charged.

Exactly four minutes after nine, a female staff member came through the side door to open the main entrance. I was second in line, so I didn’t have to wait long. When I reached the counter, I was surprised to see the same woman who had opened the door was also serving behind the counter. Although a queue was building up, she was the only staff member assisting customers. I was glad to be near the front, as I wouldn’t have been pleased waiting further back. Nevertheless, this sole staff member was polite, professional, and handled everything promptly, making my experience a positive one.
