I’m convinced this post office is what Dante Alighieri describes as one of the 9 circles of hell. There are never more than 2 people working the counters. They specialize in rudeness, wasting customers time, slowness and contempt. That place should be shut down and they need to make sure that the miserable people who runs it stay far away from serving customers. Zero stars!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. There is a sour-faced, heavy set woman who wears thick black rimmed glasses in this Post-office location who should not be in any front-facing, customer service role. Her stink attitude and sour face gives you indigestion. She's mean spirited and hateful. She refused to slide my citizenship certificate under the glass so I could take a photo of it and when I asked for the post office manager - Ms. Davis -- she would not get her for me. She's was condescending and unpleasant to deal with. Now my citizenship certificate has not been returned to me and I have no visual record of my certificate. If I knew they were going to take my original document instead of making a copy, I would have made a scan copy of it myself. Instead I get the misanthrope of the century, who hates her job and hates people. It was my first time using this post office services AND IT WILL BE MY LAST. When the post office hires people like this, they hasten their demise. These folk repel business instead of attracting it. The post office -- once a great institution - is a shell of what it once was. Too many employees are subpar and unprofessional in their demeanor. It's like they scrape the bottom of the barrel. If I was her manager, I would keep her hidden in the back somewhere - definitely not dealing with people. And when you call and ask for the manager, you have no idea who you are speaking to, because they won't identify who they are, theydemand to know what you want to speak to the manager for. None of your business if you are not the manager!!! The person I spoke to claimed to be the manager, Ms. Davis, but I do not believe it. She kept trying to stop me from complaining about her crappy, sour attitude, sour faced employee by telling me she would "deal with her employee in her way." I was not telling you how to deal with her. It looks like the employees don't pay the manager any mind anyway, based on the other complaints posted here. They are a dumping ground for ineptitude. Just know that when the post office inevitably goes out of business -- and it will based on its current reputation, it will because (1) you hire subpar people (2) you don't hold them to clear performance standards (3) You've lost the respect and support of the communities you clearly do not serve!!!

This post office and the overall service that USPS delivers is absolutely GHETTO!!! It was NEVER WORTH IT DOING BUSINESS THROUGH THEM! My business transaction delayed because of them dropping off my package at the wrong location!. USPS sent my package to the wrong location with my money order included in the package!. They wants me to pay additional fees to track a money order in a package they misplaced!. USPS worker Wendy; especially her supervisor I spoke to on 12/05/2025 is absolutely rude and did not care about the situation!!. THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP!!. An educated person simple don’t lash out on a customer after the company’s worker drop off their package at the wrong address!. Wendy told me that it is 25 dollars to track the money order. Later to find out from the supervisor said it was 14 dollars. I ended up paying 21 dollars. There’s a lot of misinformation and no integrity of this place! The supervisor slammed the door at the end of our conversation! SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING!!!. USPS wants me to pay for their mistakes plus take time out of my day hearing them explain nothing! As a customer this is unacceptable! NEVER DO BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS THROUGH THEM!.

Had issue with an agent that processed my mail pkg incorrectly & as a result it was not delivered. Instead of providing me with the adequate mailer, agent just threw it in with outgoing mail because the agent had already put mailage cost on it. When questioned about the whereabouts of the package, the agent became combative after asking for a supervisor. AGENTS SHOULD KNOW how a pkg should be classified, mailed & charged.

When I track a package I am expecting it shows that it arrived at this post office on Sept 14th. It's Sept. 26th and it is still sitting there. Obviously this place needs a supervisor so employees can do some work. Do you wonder why people prefer private companies?
