- GCGood CitizenJul 7, 20251.0Terrance was on duty the Saturday I went to the post office to send a prepaid package. When I asked for a receipt Terrance told me that they did not have receipts and that I would get the tracking #. When I asked for a hand written receipt he told me that he would Not be writing out the tracking # and that I could just take a picture of the package. The expectation set forth by the post office is that a receipt is given when asked for, reason being for instances of lost or damaged packages and for tax purposes. Terrance does not understand his job nor does he want to do it. I now have no receipt if something happens to that package, nor do I have the receipt for my records and tax filing. I tried to call many times the following morning to speak with a supervisor but no one would answer! I hope the rest of the employees know and do the job they were hired to do!
