I researched MASsive Amounts of information. Michael REPEATEDLY told me he couldn't help me, he had no new information, and no matter how many times I explained the processes he was Belligerent Yelling at me to do. I had a window of time that was STOLEN FROM ME because MICHAEL, was so horribly INAPPROPRIATE I had to give the phone to my Girlfriend because his aggression was pushing me to a point I dont like, I then had to listen to my friend repeat the same information about this package to MICHAEL. READING FROM THE TRACKING NOTES. OVER AND OVER WITH NO COMPREHENSION. I am so blown away. I have Never Experienced anything so horrible as this Customer Service Experience.
