Previous manager Lalit was made out of 🥇 GOLD. ALWAYS answered phone himself on 2nd ring for decades without fail. New manager never answered phone, is never in the branch when you ask for her. I have NEVER even seen her ! So basically l can't complain to anyone. I think she never comes to work and just collects the check.

I went to this post office today around 3:30 pm to be greeted by a very rude and unprofessional woman agent. I was sending off 3 packages and wrote the address on it. She saw the packages and then I guess want less work to end the day and said the addresses are not written correctly and she is not taking them. Based on a call with USPS agent, they order of the address doesn't not matter with yiur own box as the agent has to type, print and insert the shipping label. I did submit a complaint a few minutes ago. She needs to be investigated. To make it simpler she is an Indian lady with a high pitch voice.

I had a really frustrating experience at this USPS location today. The woman in the front with the glasses was incredibly rude and had an unnecessary attitude from the moment I walked up. All I needed to do was sign one thing, which would’ve taken literally two seconds, but she made me go back and wait in line all over again before handing it back to her. It felt petty and completely uncalled for. What made it worse is that another employee, a man working there, and he was actually very respectful and kind, so it’s clearly not an issue with the whole staff. But this one employee’s behavior was absolutely horrible and left a really bad impression. I hope management addresses it because customers shouldn’t be treated like that.

They’re constantly loosing mail and delivering to wrong addressees. How hard is it to delivery to the correct address ? That is your ONE job to do. This office needs to hire more competent workers that know how to do their job correctly. The managers are no help either.

*SHIPPERS BEWARE* As multiple other customers have complained they are STEALING high value shipments! I was outside my home waiting for my package while the USPS van pulled up, they dropped off mail but no package and shortly after I get a notification that my package was “Delivered” while I’m still outside. I went to the post office for the following 2 days and they kept saying it’s probably “back out for delivery”. When I get the manager involved she then states there’s nothing they can do cus it says delivered. Seems they’re all in on it, they say the drivers GPS was at my address but of course they didn’t take it out of the van OR ring the bell. THATS how they cover it up! I asked what can be done and they stated absolutely nothing(package was insured). They don’t want you making claims because it will raise red flags!
