  My family has resided on 139 th st and Linden blvd. since the early fifties. In all that time we have had many postmen/women. Of them all Gordon was the best. Unfortunately he is retiring, leaving a large hole to fill. They have sent a few people but only one stands out. His name is Jeremiah. He is warm, courteous and delivers all your mail and packages with a smile. I believe he is a younger version of our beloved Gordon. Please consider leaving him on this route. This particular post office needs all the good will it can get

  I have been a resident in this neighborhood for many years and had the pleasure of having Gordon as my mailman. He was absolutely the best. It was bittersweet that he retired and I am sorry that I was not able to see him before he left. Fortunately we have a new young man named Jeremiah. He is professional and courteous and kind..Those qualities are extremely commendable. I am hoping and requesting that we can keep Jeremiah on our block(139th and Linden Blvd.) Gordon left an extremely big shoe to fill. However Jeremiah is already filling those shoes.

  Horrible experience. I came in twice to apply for my baby’s passport, and both visits were frustrating. The first time, a staff member was rude and told me they weren’t accepting walk-ins, even though the website clearly states walk-ins are accepted from 9–10 AM. I returned a second time, and the experience was just as disappointing. The staff didn’t properly acknowledge me and were speaking among themselves, saying they wouldn’t be able to help us and that we had to wait. After briefly glancing at our paperwork, one staff member said we needed an appointment and walked away without offering any guidance or clarification. If policies have changed, they should be clearly communicated, and staff should treat customers with respect and professionalism. No one should be made to feel dismissed or disrespected when seeking a basic service.

  Very rude and nasty employees. I would give them 0 star if that was an option. Avoid going there

  Very rude and unprofessional no wonder they have 1.9 rating. Didn’t follow instructions and picked up wrong package. When I called for assistance the lady didn’t even attempt to help and she’s supposed to be a supervisor. Already filed a complaint. No idea why usps hire clowns they need to be fired.
