- MMMartyJul 31, 20251.0I know the USPS has gone downhill in the past couple of years, but the Somers Post Office is absolutely THE WORST! I think I would have a more friendly time with a rabid dog than the staff that works in this post office. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!

Went to goldens bridge post office and the lady was extremely helpful and got my packaged shipped. Don't go here save yourself the time and take the drive to Goldens
- SSSydney SalingerJun 1, 20181.0Horrible service. They seem to deliver my bills just fine, but packages are a different story. I’ve had boxes crammed into my mailbox that were difficult to take out. Multiple packages have been ripped or punctured because of this. Most recently, and the reason for this review, I opted to have my recent package delivered to my neighbor because it was an extremely important, expensive birthday gift that I didn’t want my significant other to see, and low and behold - he brought it inside from our front porch saying “Oh my god... you got me the —— for my birthday??” His birthday is next week and this was supposed to be a big surprise. I’m livid. I have tried to call and speak to someone but the wait time every time I call is expected to be 40-50 minutes.
- MMmot611Apr 6, 20154.0The post office is nice and so are the workers; helpful and friendly. The lines can be long . . . The front door has been broken for a year. The location is "the pits". If you're not handi-capped and you opt to park "legally", you're about 100 yards away. That whole shopping plaza is a mess and has been since the day they built it. Really, the traffic should flow one way(with a loop around the rear and offer diagonal parking so people can park a tad closer to their destinations. I've been harboring that sentiment for 30 years . . .
