I've been here many times for my business and half of the time there is a careless worker who tosses my package to the pile right next to him instead of just bending down. - SSSydney SalingerJun 1, 20181.0Horrible service. They seem to deliver my bills just fine, but packages are a different story. I’ve had boxes crammed into my mailbox that were difficult to take out. Multiple packages have been ripped or punctured because of this. Most recently, and the reason for this review, I opted to have my recent package delivered to my neighbor because it was an extremely important, expensive birthday gift that I didn’t want my significant other to see, and low and behold - he brought it inside from our front porch saying “Oh my god... you got me the —— for my birthday??” His birthday is next week and this was supposed to be a big surprise. I’m livid. I have tried to call and speak to someone but the wait time every time I call is expected to be 40-50 minutes.
