Just after moving to town wife goes to the post office to find out that our mail (with no notice given to us) is on hold until we move the mailbox from the front of the house to the road. When I go and ask why I'm told that after 60 plus years it is a safety hazard and when I ask what that hazard is I'm told its not my concern by the post master. So basically we are being strong-armed by the Sodus post office to make their job easier. Neither snow nor rain nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds but having to get out of your vehicle and walk will.
