- DNDebbie NOct 23, 20251.0This Post Office location, Smithtown, has the WORST phone recording in the world. The say to press a number, or say "mail", I did many times. At the end, the recording says: "I didn't hear that" and it goes back to the beginning. GET A PERSON TO ANSWER THE PHONE!

It was going from Kings Park to Smithtown & showed day & time delivered. Well this was 5 weeks ago & the receiver never got it & I never got that green return receipt. I’ve been to the post office multiple times & told they’ll look into it & the first supervisor took my # to call me back. So where is this letter, in the deep abyss? I really need to talk to someone. I’m afraid to mail anything anymore!
