- SSsparketteJun 23, 20201.0Other posts are spot on. Quality of service is poor and customer service is terrible, both inside and delivery. I feel lucky with my two regular, rotating mail people from Silver Creek. They are terrific.

Today I stopped by to do a number of things- I hesitated for a second with my requests because I couldn't remember everything I needed and Kelly proceeded to laugh at me shaking her head and this was done in front of other customers. I'm a mother of a 3 year old and a 1.5 year old and I'm also 26 weeks pregnant so in other words I'm absolutely EXHAUSTED and completely run into the ground. Needless to say I walked out of that post office in tears. It's horrendous that she could treat another person that way and think it's okay. She has never been particularly nice to me but I've always ignored the rude behavior. This instance takes the cake and I've had it. It's a shameful way to be. From here on I will be taking my business to the Irving post office. I will be calling the Silver Creek post office to discuss this further with whomever is above her.

My package has arrived at this post office in the am and has not moved for two days. I didn’t know that post office’s we’re allowed to hold packages that someone is waiting for, for his business.
