- GGGul GondalJan 5, 20261.0Very poor customer service. I visited the USPS office in the 11967 area today to return a package. I waited in a very long line, but when my turn came, the staff was extremely rude and uncooperative. They did not listen properly and kept giving excuses instead of helping. No clear guidance was provided, and I was forced to leave without completing my return. This is not acceptable behavior. Staff needs proper customer service training.
- CMchuck maganaDec 22, 20255.0I came here To get fingerprints done , After a few tries and glitches I finally got A number which the machine would accept it was old and not working well but they never gave up until it worked.. All the staff were very busy (right before Christmas)but they always handled the line efficiently, and politely . The person who fingerprinted me "Gino" went above and beyond to try to get this machine to work for me it took so long I felt bad so I tried to leave money so they can buy coffee he refused to take it. I have a new found respect for the US post office And the people who work at this location especially I just wanted to say thank you.

- DBDonovan BrinkOct 24, 20161.0every single time i purchase anything from anywhere on planet earth they mess my delivery up. it always says out for delivery and then comes 2-3 days later. ive lived here two years now and i mean literally every package i have ever ordered gets lost, mis-scanned, sent out for delivery and arrives days after it says it out for delivery, or just never shows up. worst post office ever.
