- RRRobertMay 31, 20233.0Staff here are great. Decent hard working human beings like you and me on their feet all day handling business. Thumbs up to them. However management needs to use common sense. There’s no reason to have 2 clerks processing passports and no other help for the rest of us with day to day transactions. The line was out the door as we all stared at the only 2 clerks helping customers with passports. It took forever. I suggest having a dedicated line/clerk for passports and free up another clerk for the majority of us.
