- AMAiden MonfettMar 31, 20201.0The woman working at the office couldn’t be ruder. I’ve worked in customer service for the past 15 + years. She refused to tell me where my package was. She argued with me about when I moved into my home based upon when her surgery was. She was wrong about everything she argued. She argued that I had stopped in numerous times and she had already given me the information and I have never been there nor do I actually know where it is. Post office or not it is completely unacceptable to be rude and argue when someone is simply trying to get information. If you’re that unhappy in your job or life you should something not take it out on others.
