Moreover, earlier today she dropped me a phone call to tell that my package has arrived to destination before the promised date. I believe this is an absolutely exemplary service; thanks a lot!

To top it off, she tried to charge me for a parcel rate for something that was an envelope. I knew it was wrong so I went to another post office and sure enough! Totally different rate. She is incompetent and probably scamming so many other people. Will be filing an official complaint with the USPS.
