- BBBrandon BrockMar 31, 20231.0It’s unfortunate that these …individuals are sworn by the constitution and when I state that it’s their duty under 28 US Code 1361, which I stated to their employee (I recorded and have a witness). He refused to help me or get information for me. It’s not his fault. The Postmaster helped his employee remain ignorant by not warning them and teaching them the laws and oaths they uphold. Which clearly states in their Oath, 39 US Code 1011. I demanded they act according to the law and constitution and they refused. That’s a violation.
