- HSHarry StrengFeb 10, 20261.0Kayla was so incredibly nasty. I am an 85 year old man. I have a hearing disability and she started screaming at me when I let her know of my disability. I asked her to please stop yelling and she said "I need to yell, obviously , or you won't listen to what I'm saying " I have never been spoken to like that by anyone. I will never go to that post office again .
