- BPBeatriz PorresSep 29, 20251.0We took our 93 year old mother to get her passport renewed..she is in a wheelchair and is not well. I made the appointment specifically to make things easier for her . The clerk at the USPS in Seden lhad no compassion for her situation. She was so rude . It is appalling what disrespect was displayed for a senior citizen that just needed a little extra help.
