- DDDorisJun 4, 20251.0The staff member was extremely unfriendly, acting as if I had done something wrong just by asking for help. I specifically requested a Priority Mail money order and even double-checked with her. However, she handed me a Flat Rate Envelope and had me complete all the required information. When I asked again to confirm that it was Priority, she finally said it wasn’t—and told me I had to redo everything. She even questioned me sarcastically, saying, “How could Priority shipping only cost $2?” So I had to fill everything out again, and when I asked for a refund for the incorrect envelope, she refused and insisted that I had already purchased it. The entire experience was frustrating and unnecessarily rude.
- LDLauren DombrowskiMay 4, 20215.0This post office is fine, they're open later than most especially on Saturdays. Keep in mind they close for an entire house for lunch, 2-3. The lines can get long here, lots of people come with completely unpacked items and want to ship something, which can make it take 20+ minutes sometimes if there's a couple people in line unprepared as there is only one teller at a time. They do their best to handle it though, so that's really not on USPS.
