- EEellahNov 17, 20251.0The very first time I ever went to this post office was with my sister and we drove there, we did not know about the towing policy and parked in the parking lot, shortly after we were waiting for their post office window to reopen from lunch, Hal (has the personality of a brick wall) pulls the window open and immediately starts telling us that he called a tow truck and we are going to get towed, no warning at all, my sister and I just played that off and got our order shipped. I revisited this post office a couple days ago to ship out depop orders and it was Hal, I made sure to do every label individually because I feared that the labels would get messed up and they did! I got a message from a buyer on depop that they received the wrong order when I know that I did everything individually, that same day Hal was being racist and rude, mocking Chinese people and complaining about how he has to do his job which is shipping out orders!!!!! I’m not happy with the customer service at this place whatsoever and they should not be running if no employee can tell you to have a good day, that’s completely uncalled for and just rude. Will not be coming back here at all, you guys should be ashamed.
