- DDDFJan 2, 20261.0I had three packages go missing this Christmas and ALL of them went through this facility. One was sent out for delivery to my house in Menands and somehow wound up in Springfield, MA. I'm still missing two packages. It's Jan. 2 and I ordered these items Dec. 12. Oh, and nobody picks up the phone when you call. I understand the holidays are high-volume and mistakes get made, but this is ridiculous. Whoever is in charge at this office needs to take a good look at themselves, their processes, and/or their personnel.
