- TBTheresa BarberFeb 9, 20261.0Avoid this post office at all cost! They will guarantee lose your mail! Last week 2/2/26 I paid for first class mail $1.90 my tax info needed to be mailed out and my tax person never received it. This is the second time they lost mail I needed to send out the first time was christmas and that was just a card so whatever with that but I paid for first class large envelope my tax info and they managed to lose that. Avoid this post office!
- DDDFJan 2, 20261.0I had three packages go missing this Christmas and ALL of them went through this facility. One was sent out for delivery to my house in Menands and somehow wound up in Springfield, MA. I'm still missing two packages. It's Jan. 2 and I ordered these items Dec. 12. Oh, and nobody picks up the phone when you call. I understand the holidays are high-volume and mistakes get made, but this is ridiculous. Whoever is in charge at this office needs to take a good look at themselves, their processes, and/or their personnel.
