Will stare at you when you say thank you annd won’t say annyrhing back and will give you one a terrible attitude while looking at you like you just slapped her kid .. Need to fire her asap

I specifically requested a Priority Mail money order and even double-checked with her. However, she handed me a Flat Rate Envelope and had me complete all the required information. When I asked again to confirm that it was Priority, she finally said it wasn’t—and told me I had to redo everything. She even questioned me sarcastically, saying, “How could Priority shipping only cost $2?” So I had to fill everything out again, and when I asked for a refund for the incorrect envelope, she refused and insisted that I had already purchased it. The entire experience was frustrating and unnecessarily rude.
