Filled in the blanks indicating it was ok to deliver to the house, signed and put in the mail for Monday 9/18/17. On Tuesday, 9/19 received ANOTHER notice only this time it says "Final Notice, will be returned to sender." Had to take time off from work to pick up the letter and was not happy with their service. Then, the clerk had to be VERY Rude and VERY unprofessional and announced LOUDLY so all the customers in the building could hear... "Well, it seems the IRS wants to get in touch with you." This was extremely humiliating. It's not my fault I was part of a mass layoff and am trying to catch up on my taxes. AND NONE OF ANYBODY ELSES BUSINESS!!! I highly recommend firing this person.
