- TTTGMar 6, 20261.0My mother is 73 years old, and the way she was treated here was completely unacceptable. The employee started yelling at her simply because she asked to read the tracking label, when that’s clearly the employees job to. My mother has trouble seeing, and instead of showing basic patience or kindness, the employee chose to raise her voice and embarrass her. This kind of behavior toward an elderly customer is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. No one should be treated like that, especially someone who is clearly just asking for help. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad experience. I live across the street and have been dealing with rude attitudes and poor customer service here for years. The staff are rarely in a good mood and seem annoyed whenever someone asks a simple question. If you value basic respect and decent customer service, I strongly suggest going somewhere else.
- TFTed FFeb 23, 20265.0All I've had were positive experiences at this Scarsdale post office. I don't agree at all with the other reviewers regarding the man with the mustache. He's always polite and friendly. Regarding passports, there are rules and you need to follow them. If you don't make an appointment, they can't service you. What's so difficult to understand? Every worker in here are very nice and have taken care of me through many years.
