Every time I come in, he rolls his eyes at me, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. His rude attitude and lack of basic customer service skills are unacceptable, especially in a setting where people simply want to get their tasks done without judgment or attitude. It’s frustrating to deal with someone who clearly doesn’t care about treating people with kindness or respect. Honestly, someone like that should not be working in a public-facing role—he should be fired.

He claimed I had a weapon when I did not and the cops had to get involved which caused a big scene. I also was on line and a lady asked for tape and he yelled at her and refused to give her a TINY piece of tape and then eventually did but told the lady he’s not allowed to give tape. PLEASE AVOID THIS MAN HE IS TROUBLE!
