  Dangerous/Aggressive Driver – 2/27/26 at Abbey Close ​I am writing this to alert the community and the company about a driver’s aggressive, menacing/harassing behavior on February 27th, 2026, around 6:12 PM near 58 Abbey Close. Scarsdale, NY 10583. ​Abbey Close is a well-known cul-de-sac with no outlet, yet this driver followed me down the street and began honking at me for no apparent reason while I was walking. Despite following me all the way down, the driver did not deliver a single package to any of my neighbors. We prefer Amazon and the gold standard, FedEx when possible. Instead, this UPS staffer used the street solely to harass a pedestrian before driving off. ​This kind of intimidation and aggressive driving is completely unacceptable, especially in a quiet residential area. It was unnecessary, unprofessional, and frankly, dangerous. I have video footage of the incident and will be forwarding this information to corporate as well. Also, stop signs aren't optional in New York.

  Love this UPS Store! The employees all have a great attitude and make any transaction a breeze. I love being greeted and shown genuine care every time I enter the store. They have become my one stop shop for everything I need when it comes to custom prints, scans, and even mailboxes. Let’s continue to support our Scarsdale UPS Store!

  I came in to return a slightly oversized Amazon item with a QR code that clearly said no packaging was required because the associate would box it. I greeted the associate, he ignored me, looked at the item, and rolled his eyes before reluctantly grabbing a box and bubble wrap and handling everything with obvious annoyance. The item was light — just bulky — and I was simply following the return instructions. To the employee: James, this is part of your job! Customers shouldn’t be made to feel like a burden for using the service. But, I guess that’s what cheap labor gets you… Such a joke.

  The employees here are so nice and helpful! They don’t take things too seriously in the best way possible. Def what’s needed in 2026. I literally travel further to go to this UPS because of the service, cleanliness, etc. also much much better than FedEx down the street. Thank you!
