- JSJill Smith1 day ago1.0It is apparent that the reason a driver working for this post office doesn’t really care if he hits you. He knows you aren’t going to be able to contact anyone. USPS is a damn joke. 3/4/26 approx 1:45 pm usps truck number 8207250 almost T boned me at the turn going into Grand Union plaza. He was coming left out of the Mobil Station at a high rate of speed, causing me to go into the turning lane, however I wasn’t turning. He was an inch away from hit me and he didn’t even seem to notice. He took off down 212 we caught up with him and my husband screamed at him. He didn’t care. He shouldn’t be diving a federal vehicle. It was scary and you can’t reach a human by phone and their virtual assistant is an idiot. Called the local number that didn’t work. Just awful.

They made the process quick and easy and an overall great experience. That location is very pleasant to go to, and would recommend for passports. Thanks again to Kim for all your help.

I don't remember his name, but it was a male, and he was extremely rude, cut me off as I was speaking and overall lacked the ability to adequately communicate with a customer. Most employees at this office are able to help in a respectable manner, but this particular employee needs serious retraining.
