I call them during business hours and no one picks up, it just rings until it hangs up on me. Fast forward to 2 days ago, I sent mail from another location and people got their mail. How does this happen? I feel like they're just sitting on my mail and nothing is being done.

I don't remember his name, but it was a male, and he was extremely rude, cut me off as I was speaking and overall lacked the ability to adequately communicate with a customer. Most employees at this office are able to help in a respectable manner, but this particular employee needs serious retraining.
