  This is my go-to location for returns, shipping and faxes. Their hours have been corrected here in Google and on their site (there was some confusion but it's accurate now). Jordan is always a tremendous help. She's cheerful, knowledgeable and consistently goes above and beyond - even to the point of helping us navigate the Amazon app to ensure our return location was set to this store. One last point is their self-service returns station. It's awesome to be able to skip the line and drop off an Amazon return in seconds. Great store, great staff.

  Staff is friendly and usually helpful in person, but they never answer their phone. I have to travel a half hour to check on my po box at this location. I want to call ahead to see if there is anything in the box(which is part of their services when you have a box with them) so I can avoid a lengthy commute. They rarely answer their phones these days. Call multiple times in a day, multiple times a week and calls are never picked up. Many times I have had to travel to the location just to find nothing in the box. 30 minutes of time and gas wasted. They either need more staff or need to retrain the staff they have to actually answer their phone. Did not used to be like this in the past.
