- AAAbigail3 days ago2.0The space is clean and they're fast but the short, thick-glasses lady is way too aggressive. I hadn't made it past the front door's mat and she was already talking at me. I said I wasn't ready to check out yet and her response was to tell me to come to the counter. I almost walked out because I needed to buy tape, which I said twice, but she wouldn't stop saying she'd tape the box for me and to just come to the counter... super loud and pushy. She "taped" the items but the tape wasn't actually attached to anything so I had to seal what I could reach, she didn't tape the whole box, and didn't offer any options for delivery. I needed it signed for but she was so aggressive about everything I was too startled to think straight and I'm guessing the boxes are just going to be left at doorsteps. I left the store hoping the tape she insisted on doing would actually hold because the most valuable box wasn't fully attached, nor was it fully sealed. I bought tape elsewhere because I needed it but she wasn't letting me buy it there. Weird experience. Maybe wait until someone else is working to go there.
