All team member greeted me as if I had come in casually in the middle of the day. I expected that I would have needed to drop off my poster to be mounted because of the time . However, this was not the case! The team member went above and beyond to work on my poster board with a smile and extremely friendly demeanor! I was so impressed with this. It was literally one minute before closing —my poster came out perfect!! The team member was extremely pleasant and professional! There was another employee working who was super nice as well! This particular UPS store was recommended to me because of their quality of work, ethic and professionalism!! The employees should be commended for their outstanding customer service !! Lunch on UPS is my suggestion !!

They have a self-service kiosk set up so it's very quick to scan and return items. I usually don't have to talk to any of the employees because they have such an efficient system/space, but when I do, they are always very friendly and helpful. I love having a UPS Store closer to Pleasant Valley, especially because the Poughkeepsie location on Route 9 gets very busy.
