- CHCharles HsuehSep 14, 20255.0I visited St. James Post Office because they were one of the few POs that had the "Horses" stamps that go off sale at the end of September (get them while you still can!). Tracy, who is in charge of stamp inventory, was very friendly over the phone, and even remembered my name when I came in and visited to purchase the stamps. Turns out she is only a clerk (most POs either delegate the postmaster or the supervisor to have access to stamp inventory). It's a relatively smaller PO, but customers and staff were very friendly and courteous. Thanks!
