- JJJimmyAug 17, 20241.0I had an extremely disappointing experience at this postal service today, and many times in the past. The entire front staff was not only rude and disrespectful but also blatantly dishonest. From the moment I walked in, it was obvious these people hate their lives. They all seemed very irritated that there was a line and made it clear they were in no rush to help everyone. When it was my turn, the lady helping me had a condescending tone, and she barely made eye contact, as if she was just counting down the minutes until I left. When I asked for clarification on a service, she gave me a dismissive response and actually misled me. I left feeling frustrated and completely dissatisfied with the level of service. It’s hard to believe that a place like this can operate with such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if possible, and try your luck at ups across the street.
