I missed the first attempt the other day so i called and requested for redelivery, they said it will be arrived again the following day, March14 so i stayed at home the whole day but it never came so i called customer service AGAIN to request to keep the mail at post office so i can just pick it up myself. I WENT and surprisingly, they put it for a delivery! Like what is the use of calling your customer service and make a request if you don’t know how to follow it and worst they act like it’s my fault and i have to figure it out myself. Useless!
