- KAKir AnApr 18, 20261.0Why are the people who work here so miserable? They never smile, never greet you, their facial expressions say they strongly dislike what they’re doing, or at least strongly dislike the customers (because I’ve heard them in the back chatting away, and they seem pretty social with each other!). You ask them about a USPS service that others use in other parts of the country and they tell you it doesn’t exist, when in reality they probably don’t know about it, and don’t care to learn. Lastly—no one should be allowed to have their AirPods on while on the clock. It’s like dealing with a high school student. These people are at work, they should look and act professional. There are plenty of people looking for jobs—please replace every individual who works at the front desk. Trust me when I say I avoid this post office at all cost, but it’s in my neighborhood, so the 1/2 dozen times I’ve had to use it, it’s been the same story.

- TMtina maiApr 9, 20225.0Hands down the best Post office ever! The people here are all so caring and nice. Due to my hectic schedule, I always make it maybe 5 minutes before they close. I had 22 packages the other day and only counted 21 on the receipt. There was a new worker that day and I thought they had miss scanned one. Ozzy steps in and tells the new worker he will help me check. Ozzy RECHECKS them one by one!!! I later found the last one in my large bag (its a small package) . Ozzy just laughs and smile and says its all good. I'm so grateful for his good spirt and amazing attitude. I appreciate you guys so much! Thank you!
