Went there for passport on Saturday. Only one woman was there, very nice and she knew what she is doing.

They were kind but service is extremely slow. You will stand here for over 30 minutes just to send in a package. In addition, I always weigh my packages at home since I regularly sell products and know my weight beforehand. They do not calibrate their scale and will upcharge you and say your weight is heavier than it actually is. I brought in two boxes, one was exactly 1 LBs and the other was exactly 9.0 oz. They came out to 1 LB 1.6 oz and 10.6 oz. That is ridiculous because that means it can push you into the next shipping tier weight class and you can get charged extra if you had already prepaid for a label, especially if you paid through a 3rd party, which they will send you a bill if you walk away without a receipt unknowingly. My advice, best you either go to another USPS that calibrates their scale or you bring your own kitchen scale to confirm the weight in front of them. This was the first time I've been to this post office too and it was a really bad experience. I always go to to other ones near where I live and never have had a problem with the weight, it always comes out to how it weighs at home. This was the first time in years that I've had this issue.

The rudest post office I have ever been to. Everybody has an attitude and act like they hate their job. So so so rude.

Quick and easy passport service. Antoinette here is an absolute saint having to deal with jerks that want to arrive half an hour early for their appointment and continue to make smart comments under their breath while they wait for their appointment while others who arrived on time for their appointment are being serviced.
