Today however, I came across Joe- the heavy white guy with facial hair- what a jerk! I asked him if he could help me find my FedEx account number on my phone (while already in my account profile) and he said “no!” and took the next customer (who he was also incredibly rude to). He was huffing and puffing at her and when the 3rd person came in he asked “do you have a code? Does anyone have anything today?” What a jerk! I have a question as well- Why does he work here?
