- MMmgs610Feb 3, 20261.0THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I'VE BEEN SITTING IN MY HOUSE FOR 2 DAYS WAITING FOR A PACKAGE. THEY LIED AND SAID THEY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER IT ONE DAY. THEN, LIED AGAIN AND SAID THEY TRIED TO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER ITTHE NEXT DAY. IMPOSSIBLE!!!! I'M SITTING TEN FEET FROM MY FRONT DOOR. JEFFREY AND ELIJAH WERE THE TWO DRIVERS THAT NEVER SHOWED UP BUT CLAIMED THEY DID. FEDEX CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO HELP. WHY ARE COMPANIES ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS? THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT. AND THEY ARE VERY NASTY ON TOP OF THAT. I DON'T CARE WHAT I AM ORDERING FROM NOW ON, IF FEDEX IS INVOLVED, I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. GARBAGE COMPANY WITH GARBAGE LOW LIFE EMPLOYEES!!!!

I feel it’s unfair because customers are paying for a service, and it’s not our fault if the person working there brings their personal problems to work. “I’ve been reading the reviews, and most of them mention problems with a lady. I imagine it must be the same person. They should really do something about it.
