I feel it’s unfair because customers are paying for a service, and it’s not our fault if the person working there brings their personal problems to work. “I’ve been reading the reviews, and most of them mention problems with a lady. I imagine it must be the same person. They should really do something about it.

NOW WE HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO OUR EMPLOYEES THAT THE fedex MANAGER AND STAFF IS INCOMPETENT SO YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR CHECKS TO BE CANCELLED AND MADE OUT AND DELIVERED AGAIN. OH!!! AND HOPEFULLY THEY DON'T GIVE IT TO THE WRONG PERSON AGAIN. PLEASE PROPERLY TRAIN YOUR STAFF fedex!
