We made 2 appointments online on the website for a passport Appointment, the first time we go in they tell us that they dont have appointments on saturdays even though the website allows it and they dont know why. And the signage posted in the post office itself says there are appointments on saturdays. We make another appointment online for the following Thursday and they tell us we can't see anyone because the passport person is on vacation and he's the only person that is certified to do passports (not even the supervisor is as we came to find out after speaking to him). He helped us set up a third appointment for today (monday) and we end up waiting for 30 minutes and just watching how impolite the staff was to everyone while we were waiting. The post office needs to update their online scheduling system or hire people that can fill saturday appointments and make sure their staff are treating customers with respect.

Only to be told that "the person who does the passports is on vacation this week". When asked why we didnt get a cancelation or reschedule notification he said "they don't do that here". How is that an acceptable standard? A simple email or call could have avoided a lot of frustration and inconvenience.

I can't stand this post office the one on Lexington they're more friendly I'm faster.
