In the past, I’ve run into issues with basic supplies not being available when needed, which makes simple transactions more difficult than they should be. On top of that, some staff interactions have felt impersonal and unhelpful, almost scripted rather than genuinely customer-focused. Today was especially frustrating. I attempted to call several times throughout the day and was unable to reach anyone, as the phone just rang without being answered. For a service that many people rely on for time-sensitive items, that lack of communication is disappointing. I understand that post offices can get busy, but better availability of supplies, improved customer service, and simply answering the phone would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.

The guy (only person working the counter) then proceeds to talk to the janitor about roofing jobs while we are all waiting. I left and will not be back. Absolutely pathetic service.
