  I use Staples as a pick up point for my package delivery. I have always had a good experience and customer service when picking up my packages, until yesterday 4/7. I went to the pick up point in the store as I always do. The employee that was up there was alone and on the phone (? with a customer). I patiently waited until he finished the call, and greated him with a smile and informed him I was there to pick up a package, I had my confirmation code pulled up on my phone and my ID for him to see. He was visibly frustrated and rudely asked what the package was. I informed him the package is a pair of sneakers in a box. He then went on a short rant rudely stating that he asked that because he needed to know what he was looking for because people also order supplies from Staples too. He then asked for the last name on the package. I then raised my ID up higher for him to look at. He then began to angrily search through packages. Upon finding my package he tossed it onto the counter in front of me. After he completed what he had to do. I asked for a receipt for my package. That frustrated him more, so much so he sent my printed receipt to another copier on the other side of the store where packages are returned at. Another employee over on that side was nice enough to bring my receipt to me and apologized for the mix up. I would have normally asked to speak to a manager concerning this matter, at that point I just wanted to get out of the store.

  Went for my Tsa Pre check I was in and out, in less than 10 mins. This was great service, everything was explained. The staff member was there to help along the entire process. All around great experience

  DWIGHT 5✨- thank you for being patient. Was here to return a package through UPS to Asics. He genuinely helped me save money on my shipping costs by suggesting alternatives. He was professional but polite, especially with customer like me who had never been through this experience before.

  The Staples store is well organized and easy to find what you are looking for. Staff are helpful and efficient.

  A long-hair employee at the Amazon return counter told a customer, “Don’t buy Chinese-made stuff. I never buy Chinese made stuff .” But honestly, if his parents aren’t really rich, most of the things in their house are probably made in China too. Also Maybe he should work for a “pure” American company instead Staples sell tons of products made in China. Some Americans just can’t stand “losing.” They’re not rich enough to buy luxury brands, but they still like to act like they are — even though most manufacturing is already gone.
