There can be 10 people in line and they want to ask every person that comes up to the desk about their vacation and their favorite foods and their favorite colors and how they're feeling today and how they felt yesterday meanwhile the line snakes out the door. In addition the employees use their cell phones while working and it slows them down significantly.

I will never go to the post office in east rochester again, after experiencing her customer service. Thank you, "ma'am". 😉
