I went to use the kiosk on a Sunday night only to find all of the chutes locked shut, had to drive over to Pittsford to mail it after I printed out a label. Everytime you go in there there's a customer, and an employee who has no idea what they're doing and you sit in line for 10 minutes. Just the absolute worst place.
